Hi there and welcome. I hope you are headed into a relaxing weekend. Can you believe it’s fall already? It was just summer a minute ago. To celebrate the season I decided to make a treat box with that super fun scarecrow from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set. I hope you like it. Thanks for hanging out with me.

Hi there. I hope you are having a good week. This project was created out of necessity. It seems as if I have too many washi tapes to use so I store them away in different places on my desk. I will admit that I have a washi hoarding problem so I need to address it and try to find a solution. The solution is to use them up!!!! So, I have decided to put them some where that has easy access on my desk but keep them all together like (and if the container could look pretty that would be nice too). Check out my solution…

Hi there. It’s Friday and that means another construction of a fun gift box. Today’s inspiration came to me from the package that I received in the mail. It housed my thin craft magnets that I use to close projects up with (being a non-ribbon or velcro person I had to figure out how to secure the flaps).
I hope you like the project and that you try it yourself sometime. Have a great day and enjoy the show.

Hello everyone. I hope you have your craft on this weekend. This is a super pretty and elegant project I have to share with you today. I hope you enjoy it.
Please note here…I have corrected the measurements and double checked them with a ruler and everything is accurate. Previously I had a brain fart and I had swapped some numbers (I believe I have told you that I am not great with fractions??? now you know it’s true). Anyway, perhaps my wording was in bad English as well so I tried to add notes to the details below. If you have any questions please reach out to me. I will try my best to try to figure it out in a short amount of time.
Thank you to Kathy a follower, who caught my mistakes. I appreciate the help. This box was a doozie.

Hello and happy Friday to you. I hope you all are well and happily enjoying the first few days of summer! I love the warm weather and the social time of gathering around a barbecue or hanging out with friends at the beach or back yard. Today I’m sharing a unique holder for 3 by 3 cards and I was thinking what you would do with a 3 by 3 card and I came up with a few ideas that would fit in with summer time activities. A small note that could be given with a bottle of wine, or a perfectly sized card to put with flowers or tuck in a lunch bag. A handy set of cards that you could give to the neighbour as a thank you for watching the cats when you go away for the weekend. Enjoy the show my friends…

Hello and welcome.
In Wednesdays video I mentioned a little bit about my planner. I thought if you really wanted to take a close look at how fun this planner is I would share this little video. The thing about the planner is that you get to customize it. As artistic and crafty people we really like this option. I am really not sure what I will decide to get for 2017 but I promise to share with you when I do. As mentioned in the past video I have a coupon code and if you click HERE you can get $10 off your very own (just be prepared to fill out a bit of info to get that coupon). Here the quick video.
Today I have a really cool spin on the stamp set timeless textures in the way that I am making use of colours and the flourish to create a oriental looking embossed cover for the project. Check it out.

Hey there, how are my favorite crafty people out there? I know this is a really exciting time right now, with the big retirement sale going on of a lot of Stampin’ Up!’s stamping supplies. If you haven’t a clue about what I am talking about you may want to visit the link at the top of this blog to my store to see all the tools, stamp sets and embellishments that are reduced in price and while supplies last. Every year, Stampin’ Up! publishes a new catalog and before that they put quite a few items on “the retirement” list and will no longer be producing these items. Therefore they go on sale and some are half price. Typically, papers, inks and embellishments go quickly. There are a lot of tools going out too. Although I am sad seeing 40% of my stamp sets and 60% of my tools on the list, I am looking forward to ordering out of the new catalog (obviously to replenish stock so I can feature and spotlight current items for you to craft with. I got a chance to look at the new catalog this week and there is some really nice things coming out. Very exciting!!! As a demonstrator I do get the opportunity to take part in a pre-order and I already have a list. Such fun. Anyway, onto today’s cute project. It’s a really cute box with enough size in it to hold a number of goodies. Please note here that the scalloped oval punch, the oval punch and the birthday bouquet patterned paper and enamel dots are on the retired list. If you want them, get them now and I think they will be quick to sell out. Also, the big craft scissors I use in the video are retiring too :(.
