One of my stamping friends asked me to create a fun box for Smarties. I was happy to oblige and hope that she is happy with what I came up with. I hope you enjoy this tutorial as well, perhaps you can fill this box with some other treat that is just as special as Smarties.

 The Details:

• Bottom Box
• Cardstock sizing: 7-1/2″ x 3-3/4″
• Scored on the long side at : 3-3/8″ x 4-1/8″
• Scored on the short side at: 3/4″ and 3″

• Top Box
• Cardstock sizing: 7-1/8″ x 3-3/4″”
• Scoring on the long side at: 7/8″, 3-1/8″, 4″ and 6-1/4″
• Scoring on the short side at: 3″

TGIF! I want to share a really awesome project with you today. I can’t tell you enough how versatile this paper is. I went from a diorama card to a greeting card with book mark to a pretty cube lidded box in my crafting adventure with this paper. Have you seen how pretty it is? • Cardstock sizing: 6-3/4″ x 6-3/4″
• Scored on all sides at: 2-1/8″

• Lid
• Cardstock sizing: 4″ x 4″
• Scored on all sides with shim at: 3/4″

Patterned Paper Sizing:

• Sides are 4 pc sized 2-1/4″ x 1-3/4″, and then sliced at 1/2″ at the top.
• Patterned Paper for the top of lid is 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″

Happy Friday to you. For today’s project I decided to venture out and do a masculine box. A nod to sports if you will. I am not sure what I shall put in this cute box or whom I shall gift it to but I thought it would be nice for a few folks out there that do have sports fans in their lives. Hello and Happy New Year again. Every year on the first Friday of the Month I create a box to hold cards. I have done this since I started my journey as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. I hope you like the 2022 version of the card holder box.

This blog post is a bit late, as I wanted to share 2 similar videos today. As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator I attended a 3 day virtual event where we received training, recognition and even some fun ideas. I was fully attentive to the event but of course something had to give and I wasn’t fully ready to go with these projects … however, I did have time and I am releasing them together. Check these adorable advent calendar houses out!

Sooooooooooooooooo cute. This little box is sturdy and will make your gift giving a smash hit. I thought this would be awesome for lip balms or sticks. But chocolate is always an idea as well. Check out this match box build!

The title implies that there was a lot of math to make this box come together and I had to use my little pea brain to figure it all out. That being said, after a very, very long time I was able to work it all out and I have come up with the most professional looking box I have EVER made. I used a patterned paper called Painted Christmas, the design I used is my favorite out of the pack. The details are below with the video but just look at the beauty of the box!

3D Fabricating with Susanne

This patterned paper you will be able to purchase on Aug 3. It’s called Sweet Stockings and it’s absolutely adorable. The artist who made this “got” the animals correctly. The happiest of dogs, golden retrievers and the cat in a box so smug, and the kitty begrudgingly wearing the deer antlers. OMG. If you like pets, this paper is for you!

 The Details:

• Inside Box Cardstock sizing: 5-5/8″ x 7 ”
• Scoring on all sides at: 1-1/2″
• Inside insert: 2-1/2″ x 6-3/4″ scored at 1-3/8 and 5-3/8″
• Outside Box Cardstock Sizing: 4″ x 9″
• Long side scoring: 1/2″, 2″. 4-3/4″ and 6-3/4″
• DSP wrap: 4″ x 8″
