Loyalty Program Tracking Sheet

You must be living in Canada to shop with me.
For every online purchase of $40 (before tax and shipping) you will receive 1 point.
Points are accumulative, if you made an $80 purchase (before tax and shipping) you will receive 2 points and so on.
When you receive 15 points you can choose a FREE stamp set of your choice (excluding hostess stamp sets) and I will send it to you ASAP (I’ll even pay the shipping).
After you collect 15 points please use them ASAP.
Try not to hoard your points. A larger collection of points (45 or larger) may get split over several months. I do not have unlimited funds, but I want to reward you. Please be kind.
One stamp set per every 15 points.
You keep track of your own points.
View your order history in your online Stampin’ Up! account.
All orders must be under your customer name and no one else’s.
Customers cannot combine points with each other.
Your ONLINE ORDERS only will qualify for this rewards program.
Points have a 2-year expiry date.
When you reach 15 points you need to email me (sunnstampin@gmail.com) with your tracking sheet and let me know stamp you want (excluding hostess sets).
Exclusions to the Rewards program are as follows:
- Paper Pumpkin Subscriptions (I send a monthly PDF of 8+ alternative tutorials)
- Online Card Classes (as they already have a FREE GIFT included).
- Shares: Paper, Embellishments or Suite (as they already have a FREE GIFT included).
- Retired products as they have been discounted by half and include shipping to anywhere in Canada.
