Hello there. For the last few Friday’s I have been doing a fun series all about the boxes I was sent from a customer of mine. I have been having a gas remaking her gifts, trying to figure them out and sharing them with you. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. So check today’s box out!

- Long side scoring: with lip score 2″, 4″, 6″, and 8″ to the second score line – then flip – long side scoring without lip 2″, 4″, 6″, and 8″.

Yes it is based on Pootles UK Stampin’ Up faceted box which she cased from a Ghiradelli chocolate box. She does amazing boxes.
But I wanted a box for earrings for my niece – again math is hard or for this box very hard.
If your clients want to try different sizes of this box I suggest they play with dimensions using text weight paper until they perfect the box. And yes I did make an improvement to Pootles design by adding the fold over triangle to the front for strength.
Next time I send you a gift I’ll put in an original design of my own.
