Fabricate Friday – Box for a round jar/tub

Hello there.  How are you all today.  I hope you are starting off your weekend with something fun to do.  If not, here’s a fun box to make to keep you entertained. 🙂  I’m a giver, what can I say?  Lol.  I hope you enjoy today’s project, as it is using my favorite patterned paper “Cupcakes & Carousels”.  To my knowledge, I have never been on a carousel, my Mom may correct me if I am wrong, she comments on most of my blog posts and she’s my editor (I need something stronger than spell check, don’t you know?)  Anyway, I just love the vintage feel of the design and of course the colours.  So saffron is my favorite yellow and I really dig the peach too.  Tell me what your favorite Stampin’ Up! colour is…I would like to know.  On with the show…

I suspect your mom probably didn’t want to take you on them. I’d get so sick when I took my boys, and the grandkids…forget it! lol

To be honest, I don’t think we ever had the opportunity. We have travelling fairs here, and if I remember correctly they were kinda small. Lol.

Hi there, great box, lovely colours, very summery – just what we need right now. Especially you Su, I believe it is really cold where you are (unusually so?) Our little storm has blown though, so not as windy today. My favourite SU colour is Elegant Eggplant (or any of the purples), but apart from some of the Greens, I love them all! Oh Su, you’ve never been on a carousel, it was my favourite ride at the fair, even when I was older, I used to take my Nephews on it (even if they didn’t want to) it’s about my level of excitement LOL! Have a great weekend. x

This is a very versatile box idea to have. When you want to gift somebody with a little thing that might rattle around, instead of packing the box, make the insert. Thanks for showing us how.

I’m a green person, have always loved Old Olive.
