Wildcard Wednesday – It’s all about the VASE

Did you know that there is a different way of pronouncing Vase?  I realized in the video I do flip between the American and British version.  I don’t think I have ever really noticed how I actually say it and now I will be tortured with which way is “my way”.  Having both American and British influences will sometimes create havoc with us Canadians.

Here is my design for today and I do hope you like it, no matter how you pronounce it.

Hearing you say “vaahz” sounded so cultured! I’m in the USA and was always told that if it costs more than $25, it is a “vaahz”; less expensive and it’s a “vayse.”

That is one of the prettiest cards I have ever seen made with this stamp set! Being Canadian I say “vahse”! 😂

I’ve always planned to get this new set to go with Varied Vases. Watching your coloring technique makes me *think* I can color them as you did! I hope so! Thanks for showing that; it’s very helpful. I always enjoy watching your videos; they are thorough but not overly long. Well done, always. I do LOVE this card. It is gorgeous!
