Monday Makes – Timeless Textured Card

Happy May First to you.  I hope all is well in your world?  By the end of the month we will be in a new catalog and will have a lot of new crafting supplies to create with.  I am super excited for all of you to see the new stuff.  However, today’s card is simplicity in it’s self.  I had a few requests to share watercolouring and I am really no expert but I did find this project to be quite simple and striking.  I want you to know that I was using Strathmore Bristol Cardstock here and you will find this at your local ART store.  I found mine at OPUS and I think Michael’s sells it too (it may be worth it to use those coupons to grab some for yourself).  I show a quick example of how this ink to paper direct reacts with 4 different card stocks and you will be able to see why I chose the Bristol.  Here is the card.

Here are the links to what I have used on today’s project. Please click on the picture or wording to be taken to the online store. If you make a purchase after clicking on my link, I receive a small commission as your demonstrator with no extra cost to you. I truly appreciate your support when shopping with me. Please do not hesitate to ask me a question as I am here to help you.
